  • Since opening our first Children’s Palace Learning Academy school in 2025, the health and safety of both children and staff have always been our top priority. We uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness across the board ensuring our location is a secure, hygienic environment. At the same time, we maintain a caring and nurturing atmosphere where children can thrive and develop with confidence and peace of mind.

  • Forms Needed from Your Physician:

To comply with The Children’s Palace learning Academy and the Texas Department of Human Services Licensing Division requirements, all children must have a current Health Care Summary and Immunization Record on file prior to starting care.

These forms must be completed by your child’s primary care physician. You do not need to schedule a specific appointment for this as long as your child has had a recent well-check. Most clinics can process and fax the forms to the number listed on the form within 3-5 business days.

Please ensure these forms are submitted before your child begins care to help us maintain a safe and compliant environment for all children.
